I had a great stay at Mercure. The location is perfect, especially for hospital visits, and the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was reasonably priced at $15 per day. I enjoyed the happy hour with free snacks and affordable beers. Room service was convenient, despite the limited menu.
No food options available. Parking cost extra.

The triple room was newly remodelled with sofa, the bed was comfortable. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were provided. The property's location was comfortable, in an exposed non-undercover area. Further, it was next to Macquarie Shopping Centre and public transport, the shops and transport and shopping centre & railway station.

We stay at this hotel to be near our family living in Marsfield. We take the train from the airport and walk from the station to the hotel. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we will be back later this year.

Perfect hotel, staff were so caring and the location was handy in the center of Sydney. Our room was recently refurbished and great-sized with free WiFi and double glazed windows. It was well priced for 4 star venue...

Overall a very satisfactory stay and represented good value for money. An ideal location for visitors to the uni.
Nothing in particular stands out that we didn't like - mabye it 'felt' a tad 'functional' - like a no frills supermarket - you get what you pay for - if you want more go to an upmarket market...this comment is no reflection on the staff - just the way the place 'feels' - it lacks warmth.

The young man who checked us in on Tuesday night was extremely courteous and friendly. It was good to be able to have a buffet breakfast the next morning.

There's a great selection of goodies for breakfast! the location is excellent—situated in a quiet area that’s just a stone's throw away from a large shopping center and all the clubs and entertainment you could want. 🌟.

no window screen on the window, if you open the window, the mosquito is easy to fly in

Location to Macquarie shopping complex, university and train stations. Rooms have comfortable beds, microwave, mini fridge and utensils/plates. Tv and lounge sofa. Some staff are excellent. Internet when working well, is ok.
The staff are hit and miss. If you say a room will be ready at a certain time then it should be and not to expect the customer to be annoyed. The room had crumbs on a table. Internet wifi prices and reliability. Not all the rooms had the same tv channels. Other guests yelling or slamming doors at 1100 pm or 5am. Thin walls. Prices have increased to almost of those of the Stamford resort which is a great hotel.U
